00:10What Face Yoga is, basically Face Yoga is a face workout.
00:14As you can train the muscles in your body, you can train them in your face.
00:18And the results are basically well-being, improved well-being, improved health and, you know, anti-aging.
00:26So with face exercise you can get rid of your wrinkles and your double chin.
00:32So I would like to show you what Face Yoga looks like.
00:36You are activating your facial muscles by creating resistance and the opposite resistance with your face.
00:43And the first exercise is great for reducing the double chin, reducing turkey neck and sculpting the jaw area.
00:51What you're going to do is that you're going to smile, make aah,
00:57and now you're going to roll your lower lip over your lower teeth, like this.
01:04Now you're going to lift your cheeks and the corners of your mouth.
01:09And you are going to start pressing your jaw and chin in front of you and up.

01:22And hold it for 30 to 60 seconds.
01:25It's nice to use your hands to cover the wrinkles so you are not, you know, creating them and keeping everything in a nice shape.
01:35The second exercise is great for reducing wrinkles on the sides of the face.
01:41And it's also great for lifting your eyebrows.
01:44So what you're going to do is you're going to place your palm hands on the sides of the face.
01:50With your fingers you're going to embrace your head, relax your shoulders, press into the muscles, up and diagonally back.
01:59And as the opposite resistance you're going to start to squint.
02:05Hold it for 30 to 60 seconds and breathe deeply.
02:10This is the great one to really lift your face up and, you know, get this fresh, nice glow.
02:18And the third exercise is really good for reducing the dark circles and puffy eyes.
02:24What you're going to do is you're going to place your fingers on the sides of the face like this.
02:29You're going to look up and try to imagine that the sun is blinding you.
02:33And you're going to try to squint, bringing your lower eyelid all the way up to the upper eyelid.
02:42Hold it like this for 30 to 60 seconds and slowly relax the face.
02:50So those are the exercises you can do anytime at home.
02:55Bye bye double chin, which is this one, the first one.
02:59You can do it while you are, you know, watching Netflix or cooking or driving basically too.
03:05So I recommend you to do those three exercises each and every day to start seeing the results.
03:12The results can be seen fast and if you do the exercises regularly you're going to start seeing them approximately after three weeks.
