01:00To reach this level you have to practice always, you have to be prepared for the new challenges,
01:05you have to do a lot of things in your life.
01:07So recently even I joined the gymnastic classes, just to improve my flexibility, my strength
01:15and to add more things in my workout routine.
01:18So to be the beast, everyone is saying I'm the beast, I'm the beast, until it reaches
01:22the level where you have to show how the beast has to work out, how the real athlete
01:28has to work out, and most of them fail, because they are not focused, you have to be focused
01:33all the time to reach this level.
01:35Always always try to look at the mirror and if you see something you don't like, change

01:41Don't just sleep on it and just forget about it, no, no, you have to do something about
01:46your life, because a healthy body can give you an amazing lifestyle, because if you don't
01:52like what you see, try to change it always.
