00:08Owners of commercial properties in the UAE will need to keep in mind two deadlines related
00:13to the upcoming mat.
00:15They will need to register with the Federal Tax Authority if the sales or rental proceeds
00:19exceeded 375,000 dirhams in the previous 12 months.
00:24They will also need to register if the owners are likely to generate more than 375,000 dirhams
00:30over the next 30 days.
00:31Such commercial properties could be used for offices, retail, hotel or any such activity
