00:00Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has announced plans to build a new city on the

00:13Red Sea coast.

00:15Prince Mohammed said the project, to be called Neom, will operate independently from the

00:19existing government framework, with investors consulted at every step during development.

00:25The project will be backed by more than $500 billion from the Saudi government, the country's

00:30sovereign wealth fund, and local and international investors.

00:34Arizona Senator Jeff Flake has launched an extraordinary attack against Donald Trump

00:39and the complicity of the Republican Party while announcing his decision to leave the

00:44Senate.

00:45Flake, a key Republican critic of the U.S. President, said he was retiring at the end

00:49of his term in 2018 because there was no room for him in the party under Trump's stewardship.
