00:37at this issue to address it and it really is something that affects ordinary Americans
00:42in their everyday lives.

00:46I've had them many times and on occasion they break, they explode.
00:52If something's hot, they don't last very long, like a matter of minutes.
00:56Sometimes a matter of seconds.
