00:41I do a film which I want to do as and when I want to do so I don't know if critics will

00:45like this either and if they do, very nice, if they don't, nice too.

00:49I'll tell you honestly, there are some films, I won't name them but I refuse them because

00:56I thought in this film if I play a bad guy and if you liked him, it would not be right

01:01so I didn't play them but a film like Daar, it's about love, Anjaam is just being psychotic,

01:08psychopathic, Baziraar is just a revenge story, Don I just find very sexy, I think he's just

01:15very cool, he's not such a bad guy. As a matter of fact, we do try in Don not to really

01:19show him killing anyone, he's finished someone off, it's like that because we realised by

01:25the time we came into the second film that look, people like him too much, we can't make

01:29him too mean but he's mean in his ways, talks and so I think if I play a bad guy, I have

01:34to make him love.

01:40I tell everyone this, before I could become a fan, I became a star, you know, it just

01:44went like that and I'm not showing off, no I'm not being immodest, I'm being honest,

01:50I didn't have the luxury to be a fan, I didn't have the luxury to start looking up to someone,

01:54I just need to look after myself by the age of 15 and I'm not sad about it but yeah, I

02:00missed out on being a fan.

02:06I think I screwed up once, when I did a difficult, I really screwed up one role and I talk to

02:11my director now, like God has made us a couple and I didn't know how to play Suri, I don't

02:17know if you've seen that film?

02:18I've seen.

02:19And Dhani ji says, you know the whole vibe of this really simple, not very attractive

02:24man but knew how to love and then there was the other guy and me and the director both

02:29thought that like that, that's you, we can pull this off, we were so concentrated on Suri

02:36that I think Adi and myself did not get that right and we realise it now.

02:41In hindsight.

02:43We both thought we knew that one, he knew it as a writer, I knew it as an actor.

02:46The one we didn't know was this, yeah and I think we kind of took away from a really

02:50wonderful film.

02:54I've never had any experience even close to what we portray in the film but I've had some

03:00really wonderful, I keep saying it but it's not a joke, I think most of my fans are ladies

03:04and whenever they do bad to me also, I feel good.

03:07So I have no issues with the, I mean, and I really like meeting people if I know they

03:13like me.

03:14I love hugging them, kissing them, sometimes my people tell me, it's too much, what are

03:19you doing?

03:20You don't need to but I need to, I need to, I need to touch those people who've touched

03:23my life without me knowing it also or you know I meet people sometimes and small, small

03:28things you know.

03:29So many couples, we married because you know, you did that scene, you know he was sitting

03:34and I told him, I'm feeling so much in love because I saw Shah Rukh Khan's film, he said

03:38I also, we just got married then and you know so many, so many and I've had some instances

03:42of people getting kind of well, you know when I met them, they travelled around the world

03:47to come and see me.

03:48So I've not had a stalking situation and I don't think you only become a star when you're

03:53stalked.

03:54I've not been stalked which I hope does not mean I'm not a star.
