00:00Contouring actually is to correct the face, for example if a woman has a long face, she

00:17needs to correct it, she needs to contour her forehead, the hairline from here and a

00:25bit of the chin and jawline, while for example if she has a round face, she has to always

00:36contour the temples to make her face oval as the oval is the ideal face shape.

00:44I apply all the foundation and the contouring with the brush and I'm blending the white

00:50concealer or the white highlighter with the beauty blender, while I'll blend other areas

00:58with the brush.

00:59Three products are essential in contouring, the first one is a foundation which is the

01:04same colour as the skin tone, second is a bronzer or a dark concealer or dark foundation

01:13which is three to four grades darker than the skin tone to contour and to sculpt the

01:18face and the third one is a highlighter which can be a concealer or a light foundation

01:27which is two or three grades lighter than the skin tone.

01:30Actually there is no right and wrong in makeup as long as the result is good, but for me

01:37personally I prefer to start with foundation first, I apply the liquid foundation then

01:43I contour with either powder or concealer or corrector or highlighter or bronzer and

01:54I can sometimes match powder and creamy.

01:57Please be careful not to use a bronzer to sculpt and to contour as the bronzer is usually

02:04orange colour and the orange is not the ideal colour for contouring, it should be either

02:12taupe colour or light brown blusher.

02:16For oily skin make sure to avoid all the foundations with oil, always try to choose a foundation

02:22with oil free and for dry skin try to avoid applying a lot of powder because the powder

02:30will show the dryness and the dehydration more.

02:34For removing the makeup we can use the face wash and the toner after that balance the

02:41pH and prepare the skin to absorb the cream faster, while for dry skin you can use the

02:52milk to remove the makeup, the face makeup of course after the eye makeup remover.

02:57So the milk then with cotton pads then the toner with cotton pads as well.

03:02So once you know your features, once you know your areas to hide, the areas you want to

03:09show you can apply easily the highlighter, the contouring, you can mix creamy and powder

03:17at the same time, you can do only creamy and finish it with the finishing powder.

03:23Again practicing is the most important step.
