00:10Oasis students, parents and staff, in celebration of the Emirates' 43rd National Day, claimed

00:16the world record for the most nationalities to sing a national anthem at any one time.

00:21119 nationalities were represented on the playing field of GEMS Silicon Oasis to sing

00:27Long Live My Nation, the national anthem of the UAE, in unison.

00:57The diversity that's made UAE such a remarkable place to live in, and we're excited about

01:02what we're going to try and achieve today.

01:04Officials from the Guinness Book of World Records were also on hand to make sure the

01:08students' singers were checked and double-checked and that the new world record was officially

01:12verified.
