The annual holy month of Ramadan is a special time where Muslims and Arabs come together

Ramadan is the third religious duty of Islam, where fasting helps Muslims learn and understand

a result, become more appreciative for what God has given them.

We have asked medical professionals for advice on how to experience Ramadan without having

to undergo difficulties.

For the suhoor, it is recommended to have complex carbohydrates.

Complex carbohydrates means in bread and cereals, means like wholemeal flour, breads, and protein,

in fact, we should keep them for the suhoor rather than iftar.

It is recommended to have a light meal to start our breaking fasting, like in iftar,

Up till the age of 10, kids who are eager to fast Ramadan are able, but not obliged
