00:00I think the food here is incredible and obviously the partying is pretty crazy so I always like

00:09to do a little bit of clubbing while I'm here but most importantly just you know doing this

00:13show and I'm excited to get a chance to get in front of the crowd in Dubai and I know

00:21it's gonna be a big party out there. Expect a high-energy show you know it'll be me and

00:25my DJ and we're just gonna rock the house we're gonna make it a little hotter than it

00:29already is. I know Sean Kingston pretty well we're on the same record label I don't know

00:33Bow Wow at all. It'll be my first time performing with Bow Wow. I'm actually finishing up my

00:36third album which is crazy I just got started with everything in 2009. I'm excited about

00:43the third album I'm just putting the finishing touches on everything been working on it for

00:47the past eight months. I couldn't be more excited I feel like this is like my greatest

00:51work yet. Music writing processes kind of changes with the times. Right now I'm really

00:56into writing with the guitar. Whip out the guitar myself I'll whip out the guitar or

01:00you know whoever I'm working with you know writing to the guitar so the song is an organic

01:05song first and it's an actual song before you know the production comes along. It's

01:10been working really well because the story is sound it's not about the production it's

01:15not about you know the bing bang boom you know on the record it's more about the storyline

01:19and the connection from the artist to the consumer. I love Sparkle it's hard for me

01:24to be objective about the situation obviously but you know I sat there and I watched you

01:29know I'm a grown man and you know it almost brought a tear to my eye so you know any movie

01:34that can evoke emotion like that is pretty special. My family keeps me pretty busy my

01:39girlfriend keeps me pretty busy. It used to be a lot different nine months ago my life

01:45was a lot different because you know it was just all go go go go you know I never used

01:50to you know stop and smell the roses really but when I had my injury you know it forced

01:55the world to slow down a bit it forced me to just relax you know I feel like it was

01:59God's way of saying you need to take a break and now I look at life totally different.

02:04I had a life changing experience I had an experience that could have left me dead or

02:08paralyzed so the fact that I made it through that situation alive you know is an absolute

02:13blessing and it's a clear showing that I'm supposed to be here you know I'm supposed

02:17to be living I'm supposed to be doing what I'm doing but not forget my family not forgetting

02:22the people that I love. Right now we're enjoying each other we have a wonderful relationship

02:27and that's what it is right now you know as time progresses you know who knows what's

02:30in the near future. As a kid I always looked up to certain people and those people inspire

02:36me not just in music but in life in general. I just hope that I can do the same I want

02:41my fans to be able to take something from my performances to always take something from

02:45my music and not you know just go over their head I want it to mean something to them like

02:49a song like Riding Solo you know they were getting out of a relationship and Riding Solo

02:54helped them through that you know it helped them to realize that they could just love

02:58themselves and be alright with that. People tell me that you know don't want to go home

03:03is a song that they party to but as well as going to the gym and getting them pumped you

03:08know to get right you know in the gym and make it happen in the gym so you know however

03:12my music can help you know through different situations I'd love to see that happen and

03:18I love to see it happen when it does happen. If I wasn't a performer today I'd probably

03:22be a doctor I think I was kind of into that when I was a kid and I do have a soft spot

03:28for people that are sick so yeah I would probably be a doctor I think. Hey what's up it's yours
