00:09stories at this hour. Dubai has set up a judicial committee to liquidate
00:12the canceled real estate projects and make settlements pertaining to them. His Highness
00:16Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, in
00:21his capacity as ruler of Dubai, issued a decree setting up the committee. The committee's
00:26duties include reviewing and settling complaints between real estate developers and buyers
00:31of the projects that were canceled. The panel will also liquidate these projects once a
00:36final decision is made by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority. Israeli and Palestinian
00:41negotiators held their first peace talks in nearly three years yesterday in a US-brokered
00:47effort that Secretary of State John Kerry hopes will end their conflict despite deep
00:51divisions. All eyes are on two crucial meetings in Delhi which are likely to decide the future
00:57of Andhra Pradesh. There are strong indications that the Congress has made up its mind to
01:01carve out Telangana's state. Pakistani lawmakers have begun voting for the country's new president.
01:07The expected victor is Mamnoon Hussain. An Indian government panel has approved Etihad
01:12Airways' plans to buy a 24% stake in Jet Airways. The deal, estimated at $347 million, will
01:20need approvals from India's finance minister and the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs.
01:26Defending champions India have been drawn to play arch-rivals Pakistan in their opening
01:30match of the 2015 ICC, which will be jointly hosted by Australia and New Zealand. India
01:36and Pakistan have been grouped together with South Africa, West Indies, Zimbabwe, Ireland
