Over 400 Deaths Linked to Taiwan Cold Snaps

Recent cold snaps have been linked to over 400 premature deaths in Taiwan since the beginning of February. A cold surge warning is in place for much of northern Taiwan, where temperatures could drop below six degrees Celsius.
