00:30Elon Musk, you didn't create USAID, the United States Congress did for the American people.
00:47And just like Elon Musk did not create USAID, he doesn't have the power to destroy it.
00:53And who's going to stop him?

01:02Elon Musk, you may have illegally seized power over the financial payment systems of the
01:09United States Department of Treasury, but you don't control the money of the American
01:15people.
01:16The United States Congress does that.
01:20Under Article 1 of the Constitution.
01:26And just like the president who is elected to something cannot impound the money of the
01:32people, we don't have a fourth branch of government called Elon Musk.
01:38And that's going to become real clear.
01:41I just want to be clear about what's going on here.
01:43The system that makes sure that your granddad gets his Social Security check, the system
01:48that makes sure that your mom's doctor gets Medicare payment to cover her medical appointment,
01:54and the system that makes sure that you get the tax refund that you're owed has been taken
02:00over by Elon Musk.
02:03And every organization from your state government that uses federal money on that bridge project
02:09to the local Head Start that takes care of little kids while their mommies and daddies
02:13go to work is now at the mercy of Elon Musk.
02:17Elon just grabbed the controls of our whole payment system, demanding the power to turn
02:25it on for his friends or turn it off for anyone he doesn't like.
02:30Now there's a second problem here.
02:32It's not just payments from the federal government that are now in Elon's control.
02:36Elon and his handful of friends now have full access to your personal and financial information
02:43that's in the system.
02:45Your payment history, your Social Security number, your bank account numbers.
02:52Elon now has the power to suck out all of that information for his own use.
02:58And there is a third problem.
03:00In order for this handful of programmers to gain access to our $6 trillion payment system,
03:08we don't know what safeguards were pulled down.
03:12Are the gates wide open now for hackers from China?
03:16From North Korea?
03:17From Iran?
03:18From Russia?
03:19Heck, who knows what black hat hackers all around the world are finding out about each
03:27one of us and copying that information for their own criminal uses.
03:33Donald Trump and his billionaire buddies are determined to take over this government to
03:38make it work better for themselves and worse for everyone else.
03:43And this is just the start.
03:45As we gear up for the tax fight, it will become even clearer that Trump will open the doors
03:51for his billionaires and giant corporations to find more ways to loot the government at
03:58your expense.
04:00Meanwhile, everyone else pays more for groceries, more for housing, more for prescription drugs,
04:08and more for health care.
04:09When unelected billionaires start ransacking our government offices, this is not business
04:16as usual.
04:18Nope, nothing is normal.
04:21We are living a nightmare created by Donald Trump and Elon Musk, and we need to wake up.
