00:00Good afternoon to all of us.

00:02This is an update on the weather forecast.

00:04It is continuing to rain in the northeastern part of the province.

00:09It will continue to pour with heavy rain until midday

00:14in the Cordilleras Region, Cagayan Valley, Aurora, Quezon and Camarines Norte.

00:20Here in Metro Manila and in other parts of the province,

00:24this afternoon, later tonight, and until tomorrow,

00:28it is still possible for us to experience light rain due to the cold weather.

00:33Meanwhile, the easterly winds from the Pacific Ocean

00:37will affect the Visayas and Mindanao regions.

00:41This will result in scattered rains,

00:43landslides and landslides in the Carraga, Davao Region, and the Soxergen.

00:49But for the vast majority of Mindanao and the Visayas,

00:52we can still expect light rain this afternoon until later tonight.

00:57This will also be brought by the easterlies.

01:00At the moment, we are not monitoring any low-pressure areas or typhoons

01:04that may affect our country for the next 3 to 5 days.

01:10For tomorrow, the winds will still be strong.

01:35it is still possible for it to bring light rain in the morning,

01:39afternoon, and evening due to the cold weather.

01:43Here in Manila, the temperature will be between 23 to 31 degrees.

01:47In Tagaytay, the expected temperature will be between 21 to 28 degrees.

01:53And in Baguio, it will be between 15 to 23 degrees Celsius.

01:58In Lawag, the temperature will be between 23 to 31 degrees.

02:02And in Togigaraw, because we expect it to rain tomorrow and the day after,

02:06the expected temperature will be between 21 to 27 degrees.

02:11Meanwhile, in Legazpi City, it will be between 24 to 30 degrees Celsius.

02:16For our countrymen in Puerto Princesa City and in Calayaan Islands,

02:21the expected temperature will be between 25 to 32 degrees Celsius.

02:25Let's move on to the time when we will be in Visayas

02:29where in the eastern part of Visayas and in Caraga,

02:33we expect that the shear line or the cold and hot wind

02:38will be the reason for the rain.

02:42Meanwhile, in Easterlies, we expect that there will be scattered rain showers

02:47in the Soxergen and Davao regions.

02:50That's why we are warning our countrymen who live in low-lying areas

02:55and in mountainous areas,

02:57for the possibility of flooding and landslides.

03:00That's why we will continue to follow the updates that are coming out of Pag-asa,

03:04especially our regional services divisions that issue heavy rainfall warnings

03:10and rainfall advisories.

03:19Meanwhile, in Central and Western Visayas,

03:22and in other parts of Mindanao,

03:25the weather is clear in the morning and afternoon,

03:27but in the afternoon and night, we expect that the sky will be cloudy

03:31and that there will be scattered or isolated rain showers brought by Easterlies.

03:37Our temperature tomorrow in Iloilo is around 25 to 32 degrees Celsius,

03:4325 to 31 in Metro Cebu,

03:45as well as in Tacloban City.

03:47It will also reach 31 degrees in maximum temperature in Cagayan de Oro

03:51and also in Metro Davao.

03:53Meanwhile, in Mezon-Bonga,

03:5525 to 32 degrees Celsius is the temperature.

03:59And here is our gale warning.

04:02Our gale warning is still high in Batanes,

04:06Cagayan, along with Baboyan Islands,

04:08and also in Isabela, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur,

04:11several towns in La Union,

04:13and also in several towns in Pangasinan.

04:16If we have a gale warning,

04:17we do not allow our fishermen and small boats to sail

04:24because of the possibility of high waves

04:28that can reach up to 4.5 meters in wave height.

04:33For our 3D weather outlook in the main cities here in Luzon,

04:37particularly here in Metro Manila,

04:39where for the next two days or until Friday,

04:42it is still possible that there will be light rain showers or rain showers brought by Easterlies.

04:47But when Saturday comes,

04:48we expect that the sky will be more cloudy here in Caminilaan

04:51and it is still possible that there will be light rain showers

04:56and if there is a strong rain shower,

04:58it will be brought by Shirline.

05:00In Baguio City, for the next three days,

05:02we will continue to be affected

05:04so there will still be light rain showers

05:06and we will still be affected

05:08especially when Friday comes until Saturday.

05:12This part of Legazpi City

05:14or almost the entire Bicol region,

05:16we expect that until Saturday,

05:18the sky will be cloudy

05:21with light rain showers

05:23and it will be brought by Shirline.

05:28especially those who live in low-lying areas

05:30and in mountainous areas.

06:20and the Israelis will be affected

06:28in the afternoon and in the evening.

06:33will be cloudy around 5.57pm
