00:00The ship of the China Coast Guard has gone further from the coastline of Zambalets

00:04after being chased by the Philippine Coast Guard.

00:07It was chased for 106 nautical miles.

00:11China does not recognize the 2016 Arbitral Ruling,

00:15but BRP Teresa Magbanwa insisted on the radio challenge

00:19that the CCG has no legal basis to patrol inside the Exclusive Economic Zone of the Philippines.

00:26China is violating the Philippine Maritime Zones Act and UNCLOS.

00:31The CCG is also patrolling three more ships of the China Coast Guard,

00:36including the so-called The Monster Ship,

00:39which has gone 103 nautical miles from Zambalets.

00:44According to the directive of President Marcos Jr.,

00:47the CCG is prohibiting the illegal presence of Chinese ships in the West Philippine Sea.

00:54The CCG also insisted that they will maintain peace.
