00:10postpone the holding of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao or BAM elections.

00:16For its part, the Presidential Communications Office, or PCO, says the chief executive believes

00:22this move will help address the region's needs before the holding of a political exercise.

00:27Also, it is geared towards promoting unity and shows genuine recognition of BARMM's autonomy.

00:57So it's very imperative and very important that before we can proceed with the election,

01:02we need to redistribute these 80 seats first.
