00:05Last Saturday we have just received a mail that the company is going to shut down
00:09and we are not a part of an employment of that particular company.
00:12But we don't have a proper notice or anything before that.
00:16As of now, around 3000 plus employees are unemployed
00:20and we are just having a protest for getting our salaries
00:24and we don't have any update regarding the salaries.
00:26Those who have just worked for 5 plus years,
00:30that graduate amount, that compensation amount, it's a question mark.
00:34And we are just here for protest. We are just protesting in a good way
00:37that we are just in the labour office as of now
00:39for just making that, as of now, at least for the salary amount
00:42or just any of the kind of amounts for us for a particular support.
00:45We know we are just working for, even for the last day it has been
00:48they have received that the company is going to close.
00:50Even we have just worked for 25 days, but as of now
00:53they have just stated that we are just going to work on the
00:56compensatory amount as well as the one month salary amount.
00:59But the process is still going on and we are just suffering a lot.
01:02We can just note down that many of the people are suffering.
01:05Many of them are from hostels, many of them are married
01:07and everyone is suffering without any further updates.
01:10We are just working for it and we are just protesting in a good manner.
01:13I hope the issues will be fixed and we are just going on
01:16many financial situations even though without any prior notice
01:19it is most suffering for us.
