00:00Within more than 5 months, the Philippine National Police Women and Children Protection Center, or PNP-WCPC,

00:07conducted a cyber patrol, or an online survey after receiving a tip from the Department of Social Welfare and Development, or DSWD,

00:17regarding the alleged sale of online babies to wannabe parents.

00:23We have at least 22 sites for online baby selling.

00:27When we engaged, when we investigated, we found 4 sites that are active.

00:38Their first target is a Teomanoy reseller, or middleman, who is in charge of buying and selling babies.

00:45And his latest offer is P100,000 for more than a week's worth of babies.

00:52Usually, there is a referral. Usually, there are netizens, community, concerned citizens,
