00:49So we're going to do this on a priority basis, as President Trump has promised, but as that

00:52aperture opens, there will be more arrests nationwide.

00:55If you're in the country illegally, you're on the table, because it's not okay to violate

01:00laws of this country.

01:01You've got to remember, every time you enter this country illegally, you violate a crime

01:04under Title VIII, United States Code 1325.

01:07It's a crime.

01:08So if you're in the country illegally, you've got a problem.

01:10These are well-trained officers with a lot of discretion.

01:12And when it comes to the sense of location, there's still going to be supervised review.

01:15So it's not like it's an open issue.

01:20But ICE officers should have discretion to decide if a national security threat or a

01:24public safety threat is in one of these facilities, then there should be an option for them to

01:28make the arrest.

01:29So yeah, we're going to need more ICE beds, a minimum of 100,000.
