02:19it's become a nightmare where resources have struggled to get to that community.

02:41These children don't have running water.

02:44They may not feel safe at night.

02:46So you know, we need to address basic needs.

02:56Fentanyl deaths and overdoses and addiction has touched the life of every family that

03:00we talked with and the Democrats have done nothing about it.

03:03So we'll trend rat, we'll continue to trend rat.

03:19The trauma that started everything off, because what my mom would tell me is that it started

03:26from her parents giving her traumas is the reason why she started drinking.

03:31It started because of me doing drugs, because my parents were always never there.

03:35I was the only child that was supporting my little brother and basically doing everything.

03:43And it kind of got to the point where I got tired of it.

03:45And yeah, when I asked the same thing with all my cousins, like they're on drugs and

03:50everything, they say the same thing, it's because of trauma.

04:10There's got to be a solution to it.

04:12There can't be no solution to it because, you know, it has to have an end to it somewhere.
