00:10And I was reading about them and they have been quite devastating.

00:14Why talk of a localized event like the US wildfires?

00:18The symptoms might be local.

00:20The problem is planetary.

00:22Forget about meeting the problem effectively.

00:26Most of us avoid even looking at the problem.

00:29Because looking at the problem would involve questioning the very center humankind operates from.

00:35What is carbon?

00:36Carbon is a result of the flawed life philosophy mankind has.

00:41As long as we are conditioned, trained, educated to believe that we exist to be happy and that

00:49happiness is a product of consumption, there would be carbon emission.

00:53I often say, it's not emission, it's emotion.
