00:06Baldoni's legal team just provided 10 minutes of unedited, raw behind the scenes footage

00:11to TMZ, including Blake and Justin shooting a scene of their character slow dancing in

00:15an attempt to refute Blake's sexual harassment allegations against him, which he has denied.

00:23In her lawsuit against Justin, Blake claims he allegedly dragged his lips down her neck

00:28during a romantic dance scene telling her, it smells so good.

00:31In the new video, we hear some talk about how she smells, but it plays out differently.

00:40In the footage, which is subtitled, both actors are miked, and it doesn't appear that Justin

00:44is making any offensive comments or actions towards Blake.

00:47At times, the co-stars are seen laughing as they shoot the scene, and that moment is referenced

00:57in Baldoni's $400 million lawsuit, Justin alleging that Blake mocked the size of his

01:01nose and suggested that he should get a nose job too.

01:15Blake Lively's legal team has put out a statement in response to Justin Baldoni's latest lawsuit.

01:20There are multiple allegations against Blake in the $400 million lawsuit, among them, Baldoni

01:25accuses her of defamation, extortion, and of taking measures to gain control of the

01:30hit movie It Ends With Us.

01:32In a response to those claims, Blake's team said in the statement, the lawsuit is, quote,

01:37another chapter in the abuser playbook.

01:39This is an age-old story.

01:41A woman speaks up with concrete evidence of sexual harassment and retaliation, and the

01:46abuser attempts to turn the tables on the victim.

01:49In her lawsuit, filed by Blake in December, she accused Baldoni of sexual harassment and

01:55of orchestrating a retaliatory smear campaign, allegations that Baldoni has denied.

02:01Lively's statement goes on to read in part, they are trying to shift the narrative to

02:04Ms. Lively by falsely claiming that she seized creative control and alienated the cast from

02:09Mr. Baldoni.

02:11The evidence will show that the cast and others had their own negative experiences with Mr.

02:15Baldoni and Wayfarer.

02:17The evidence will also show that Sony asked Ms. Lively to oversee Sony's cut of the film,

02:23which they then selected for distribution and was a resounding success.

02:27Their response to sexual harassment allegations?

02:30She wanted it.

02:31It's her fault.

02:32Their justification for why this happened to her?

02:35Look what she was wearing.

02:36In short, while the victim focuses on the abuse, the abuser focuses on the victim.

02:41The strategy of attacking the woman is desperate.

02:43It does not refute the evidence in Ms. Lively's complaint, and it will fail.

02:47A statement from Baldoni's attorney released along with the latest lawsuit reads in part,

02:52The lawsuit is a legal action based on an overwhelming amount of untampered evidence

02:57detailing Blake Lively and her team's duplicitous attempt to destroy Justin Baldoni, his team,

03:03and their respective companies by disseminating grossly edited, unsubstantiated, new and doctored

03:08information to the media.

03:10It is clear based on our own all-out willingness to provide all complete text messages, emails,

03:16video footage, and other documentary evidence that was shared between the parties in real

03:20time that this is a battle she will not win and will certainly regret.

03:25Blake Lively was either severely misled by her team or intentionally and knowingly misrepresented

03:30the truth.

03:31In their lawsuit, Baldoni's team names Blake's husband, Ryan Reynolds, and their publicist

03:36as defendants.

03:37The legal action comes a little over two weeks after Baldoni's team sued the New York Times

03:42for libel after they published a bombshell expose about Lively's complaint.

03:47In a statement responding to that suit, the New York Times said,

03:51We plan to vigorously defend against the lawsuit.
