00:15Due to the impact, the front of the SUV was destroyed and the side of the tricycle was cut.
00:21The victim, who was killed, suffered a severe head injury.
00:26Her husband, who was also driving the tricycle, was also injured.
00:30The SUV driver told the police that he was surprised by the tricycle that was about to turn around and was not able to brake.
00:36He is now under the custody of the Santa Barbara Police Station.
00:39The family of the victims is still considering filing a complaint.
