00:05What would you like to say to the youth of your village?
00:08Look, we are very happy that the children of our area have won the Arjun Award.
00:14This award is also given to the degree holders,
00:17when they become a doctor, they become a doctor.
00:20This award has been with them all their lives,
00:23when they have to write their name somewhere,
00:26they have to write Arjun Award with it.
00:28This is also like a degree, they have got a degree for the whole life.
00:33When you make children practice in the stadium, what do you want to do to the rest of the village?
