00:00In Jharkhand, Afeem's farming has been going on for many years, but why isn't it ending?

00:07When I analysed this, I found out that we are active in destroying agriculture, but we are not as active in investigating the farmers.

00:16So, I have instructed all the SPs, especially in rural areas like Chhatra, Khuti and Ranchi,

00:21that if you destroy even a single acre of land, then it is imperative that you file an FIR.

00:28If you don't file an FIR, I will suspend you.

00:30What happens because of this is that when the villagers find out that they will go to jail because of Afeem's farming,

00:38then the farming will automatically stop. And it is happening.

00:41I have been told that in some districts, because of the fear of the police, the villagers themselves are destroying the farming.

00:48For example, in Khuti, a village head has been arrested.

00:52What is his message?

00:54When the village head is arrested, the villagers will find out.

00:58Even if the village head can go to jail, how can a small person be saved?

01:01This is the message we want to send.

01:03If you do Afeem's farming, then you will go to jail.
