00:10Kent came up to view the pits and she came for lunch and we had a big buffet and a big

00:17party and we all had a line up when she visited the pit in the foyer and the manager I remember

00:25was leading her into the hotel and we were all standing there, I'm all in white and everything

00:31and she came up and the manager started to walk up the stairs thinking that she was going

00:36to follow and she just veered off and she just came straight up to me and she thanked

00:43me and told me it was lovely and she really enjoyed it and a nice acknowledgement. I was

00:48really chuffed with that. Of course the manager was out at the top of the stairs thinking

00:51what's happening.
