00:05See whether the people you are with, the circumstances you are in, the books you are reading, the stuff you are observing,

00:11is that offering you just momentary pleasure or is it leading you towards something that is more timeless?

00:20That is the company you have to seek.

00:22Be with people who will ultimately enable you to be alone.

00:26And to be alone does not mean abhorring company.

00:30To be alone means seeking company or being in company from a point of strength.

00:35I am with you but not dependent on you.

00:38So I can share with you, I can be joyful with you.

00:41I need not be violently dependent on you.
