00:00Well, we have faith, Becky, that brought us to this moment.
00:21And I think that's the most important part, that we are committed.
00:25We will continue to do everything we can, everything possible, together with our partners
00:31to ensure that this deal is implemented as it's agreed.
00:34And this deal will bring us peace, hopefully, at the end of it.
00:40I believe that it all depends on the parties of the agreement and acting in good faith
00:47in that agreement in order to ensure that no collapse happening to that deal.
00:52There is a follow-up mechanism that Egypt, Qatar, and the U.S. are going to handle.
00:58It will be placed in Cairo.
01:02And this follow-up, actually, will be a joint team from the three countries that will monitor
01:07the implementation of the agreement.
01:10And everything is being agreed upon and will be in place, hopefully, on the day of execution.
02:22Long last, I can announce a ceasefire and a hostage deal has been reached between Israel
02:35and Hamas.
02:37More than 15 months of conflict, more than 15 months of terror for the hostages, their
02:43families, the Israeli people, more than 15 months of suffering by the innocent people
02:49of Gaza, fighting in Gaza will stop.
02:53And soon the hostages will return home to their families.
02:56The deal is structured in three phases.
02:59Phase one will last six weeks.
03:02It includes a full and complete ceasefire, withdrawal of Israeli forces from all the
03:07populated areas of Gaza, and the release of a number of hostages held by Hamas, including
03:13women and elderly and the wounded.
03:17And I'm proud to say Americans will be part of that hostage release in phase one as well.
03:22And the vice president and I cannot wait to welcome them home.
