Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov says the country is waiting to see what incoming U.S. President Trump suggests about the Ukraine conflict. “We will wait for specific [U.S.] initiatives,” he told journalists. “I think we should meet. But first, there is a need [for Trump] to take up office.”
