00:27For the past month, we have witnessed a strange upheaval in Delhi after ten years,

00:37both as a Congress and as a citizen.

00:43Ten years ago, the people of Delhi had made up their minds.

00:54Sometimes, if the relationship between a political party or a political group breaks,

01:11the people of Delhi are starting to realise that

01:16the kind of deceit that was done to them in development in the last eight or nine years,

01:22the kind of deceit that they have been given to work from here,

01:26this may have never happened in the history of India,

01:30that in eight or nine years, a government has destroyed a city that was known for good, beautiful brotherhood,

01:37known for beauty, known for development.

01:44In every corner of Delhi, we hear the cries of the people of Delhi,

01:50we hear their voices, we hear their tears, we hear their screams.

01:55And this is what gives us strength.

01:57The Congress has been hearing about this for the past two or three years,

02:01and for this, I know that for the past three or four years,

02:05whether it has been Mr. Anil Chaudhary,

02:07whether it has been some other President among us,

02:09whether it has been Mr. Yogendra Yadav,

02:11our leaders, even at that time,

02:13when there was no relationship between you and us,

02:16you fought and created space between yourselves.

02:19But today, the way the workers of the Congress have arisen in every corner of Delhi,

02:25and the workers of the Congress are taking even more strength than that today,

02:28when the people here and the voters here have become the workers of the Congress,

02:34then we know that today there is only one thing between the people of Delhi,

02:39that the Delhi of ten years ago,

02:42the makers of Delhi ten years ago,

02:45the Congress of Delhi ten years ago,

02:48will have to come today,

02:50because this India needs the same Delhi,

02:52which we have always dreamt of Delhi.

02:55And I thank my leadership,

02:58that not only are we taking the chariot of Delhi forward,

03:02but we have also brought some new and beneficial things,

03:06in which we will also serve you,

03:08but we will also develop your future.

03:11On one hand, we want to give our sisters

03:14two and a half thousand rupees of respect every month,

03:19this is the same respect that we have given our sisters in Karnataka every month.

03:24On the other hand, if we want to give our sisters two and a half thousand rupees of respect,

03:29then we will also bring such a Delhi,

03:32in which there will be such development,

03:34that after five or ten years,

03:36the daughters of those sisters,

03:38who have been made to work at home today,

03:40are not getting a job,

03:41neither with the policy of Modi,

03:42nor with the policy of Kejriwal,

03:44in this Delhi, after five or ten years,

03:46maybe those women will say to us,

03:48that son, today your Congress has given jobs and work to my daughter and daughter,

03:53now we do not need your mercy,

03:55make Delhi, make Delhi heaven.

03:57If today our Congress has brought such a policy of development,

04:02that every house,

04:04and if every house needs it every year,

04:07whether it is for the treatment of ten rupees,

04:11the policy of the Congress party will reach your house,
