00:28Deputy Public Prosecutor Mohammad Mustafa P. Kunyalam told Sessions Court Judge Noreena
00:34Zainal Abedin that the prosecution has prepared the witnesses in the case, but did not object
00:40to the request by the defense to postpone the hearing.
00:43Meanwhile, lawyer Jeffrey Uwe, representing Avitan, said the defense requested a postponement
00:49as it concerned the appointment of the Hebrew interpreter.
00:53Judge Noreena allowed the adjournment and set February 14 for the case management.
00:58She also vacated the dates earlier set for the hearing.
