01:19Brothers and sisters, the same law has been enacted by the people of Uttarakhand,

01:25and it will benefit the entire country in the future.

01:30We have taken many historic decisions, whether in the matter of development or in the matter of making law.

01:38We have made the strictest law in the entire country.

01:44The result of that law is that in the last three years,

01:49we have succeeded in giving employment to 19,000 of our young brothers and sisters.

01:56And we have done that without any brotherhood, without any partiality,

02:02and without any imitation.

02:04We have done the work of giving employment to the sons and daughters of poor mothers and fathers.

02:12We have taken action against land jihad.

02:15We have taken action against love jihad.

02:17We have made the strictest law of religion, brothers and sisters.

02:20We have also taken tough action against hatred of humanity like spitting jihad.

02:25Not only this, we have made the law of riots.

02:30If someone commits a riot in the state,

02:34if someone harms the government property, the private property,

02:39the price of every penny of that loss will be taken from the one who commits the riot,

02:46who will commit the riot.

02:48Brothers and sisters, where we have taken historic and tough decisions for the benefit of the state,

02:53there, in the state, we have also advanced many matters of development.
