03:33That one day is called Kalpa,

03:35that Brahma Ji has spent one Kalpa.

03:38So, if someone does penance till one Kalpa,

03:42then he gets the result.

03:44So, this month of Magha,

03:48in this month, those who go to Prayagraj,

03:53i.e. waking up in the morning at Brahma Muhurta,

03:55doing Bhumi Sain,

03:57eating one meal,

03:59taking bath in the Ganges three times,

04:01not speaking untruths,

04:03following Brahmacharya,

04:05all these are the rules of our Sanyasis,

04:09even a householder stays there,

04:11that we could not become a Sanyasi,

04:13we are not able to loot the spiritual bliss,

04:15but let us become a Sanyasi for one month.

04:19and live a Sanyasi life for one month.

04:22But that one month,

04:24which is spent here in the human world,

04:26is equal to one Kalpa of Brahma Ji.

04:29So, one gets as much spiritual bliss

04:31as one does for one Kalpa.

04:33So, people think that

04:35there can be no better shortcut than this.

04:37If we follow the rules for one month,

04:39then we will get the result of one Kalpa.

04:41So, lakhs of people reach Prayag,

04:43every year,

04:45and for Magha month,

04:47they stay there,

04:49taking bath in the Ganges,

04:51following the rules,

04:53doing Satsang.

04:55It is a great pleasure.

04:57So, the people who are enjoying

04:59food and clothing,

05:01they should also stay there

05:03following the rules for one month.

05:05What happens with this?

05:07With this, they will know

05:09whether the Sanyasis' bliss

05:11is greater than ours or not.

05:13And those who do it there,

05:15they come to know

05:17that their bliss is greater than ours.

05:19Why?

05:21Because our bliss,

05:23when we enjoy things,

05:25it gives us bliss till the last moment,

05:27but not afterwards.

05:29And this bliss,

05:31when we remember it,

05:33it gives us bliss only then.

05:35So, this is the manifestation of

05:37the superiority of spiritual bliss.
