સુરતના ડબગરવાડમાં ઉત્તરાયણ પર્વે પોલીસે અનોખી પહેલ કરી છે. પોલીસ કર્મીઓ સાદા વેશમાં બજારમાં ફરી રહ્યા છે. ચુસ્ત પોલીસ બંદોબસ્ત ગોઠવવામાં આવ્યો છે.
