01:22Shri Ashwini the question of as you all know is our minister for the railways
01:27for IT and for the electronics industry he started his career in the IAS serving
01:36in various positions ending his IAS career in the Vajpayee government's PMO
01:45and then moved to the private sector worked with some leading firms in the
01:52country for a few years and then went back into the government and is now our
01:58minister holding these three key portfolios so we're delighted to have
02:03not only you here with us but someone who represents the world of bureaucracy
02:09the world of industry and the world of government all rolled up in one so we
02:16greatly look forward to hearing you if you have ever heard minister Vaishnav
02:24before you know that it is a very dangerous thing to be on the stage with
02:30him while he speaks you'll see what I mean in a minute so I will go and sit
02:37down in the audience both so that I can but maybe so that I can look at his
02:42slides so much look forward to hearing you sir. Thank you.
02:56Wow what a honor to be part of the Gokhale Institute it's one of those really
03:06revered kind of institutes which was which was started by one of the persons
03:12who gave us independence and all of us really really cherish the historical
03:20Institute where we are today so thank you very much for inviting me thanks a
03:25lot so this is the 10 trillion dollar economy roadmap right that's the
03:38subject of this policy forum this time I would like to present to you a few
03:45slides I won't tell you the number I'll try to skip fast if I tell the number
03:50then half the people will go home and try to see whether we can have some good
03:58fun on the way right ready to roll yes sir no only yes but one thing which I
04:07don't like here is in IIT even if the chairs were empty
