00:12Today, after studying, thousands of youth are filling the forms of government jobs and copying books in the library.

00:19So after doing many big degrees, they are pushing in the lines for a private job.

00:25Apart from all this, the feeling of Hamirpur chose a different path.

00:29Not only did Bhavna Kuna succeed on this path, but today she has become an example for the youth.

00:35Bhavna Rana, who lives in Bhari village near Hamirpur, started mushroom farming from her home and then did not look back.

00:44I have done my degree in food technology. I have done this from Dehradun, BFIT.

00:52After that, my father and mother had already done mushroom training.

00:58So we already had this concept in our mind that we have to do this work.

01:03And I also wanted to do some business from the beginning.

01:06So they told me about this thing that there is such a thing.

01:10So I did some research about this thing, took training.

01:13So then we started this work from 2020.

01:17It was Bhavna's passion that this farm, which started from a small room, has now reached three big halls.

01:24Bhavna's annual income has reached 25 lakhs.

01:28It is not that it was easy for Bhavna to reach here.

01:32There were some difficulties in the beginning, but Bhavna's intention was firm like a rock.

01:38We started it from just one room. We had put about 200 bags at that time.

01:43We started seasonal work at that time.

01:45Now we have done all the high-tech.

01:48But at that time we started this thing seasonally.

01:51We also had a lot of difficulties at that time.

01:54Bags are not growing properly.

01:57Some problems are coming in the bags.

01:59Some diseases are coming, sales are not happening.

02:02We learned and did a lot of things slowly.

02:05As I said, we started it from 200 bags.

02:09And today we have a capacity of about 4500 bags of our plant.

02:14We have sales of more than 2 lakhs.

02:19Bhavna did not run after a job and chose a different path for herself.

02:24And she worked with the intention of giving employment to other people.

02:27Today, Bhavna is giving employment to many people in her mushroom farm.

02:47Bhavna had the intention to do something from the beginning.

03:21Udhyan Vivaag helps its farmers in three ways.

03:46Udhyan Vivaag provides this to the farmers under its Khumbh Vikas scheme.
