00:54of income, and suspects are also living lavish and luxurious life style.
01:01Sajid Yusuf Bhatt owns a commercial property at Rambagh, Srinagar, having actual price
01:08significantly much higher than the value of the sale deal paid by the suspect, besides
01:15multiple bank accounts with suspicious transactions.
01:20In this way, public servant, namely Sajid Yusuf Bhatt, son of Mohammad Yusuf Bhatt,
01:26resident of prenumerable Papur, at present Daulatabad, Kanyar, Srinagar, presently posted
01:32as Chief Financial Officer, Srinagar Smart Steel Limited, has enriched himself illicitly
01:39by indulging in corrupt practices, which attract commission of offences under Section 13.1b
01:46read with 13.2 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, for possession of these assets
01:54which are obviously disproportionate to his known sources of lawful income.
02:00Accordingly, FIR 12025 has been registered in Police Station, ACB, Srinagar.
02:08Zahoor Ahmad Dar owns a lavish multi-storied house at Lane No. 5, Ghalibabad, Shalteng,
02:14Srinagar.
02:15One sedan car, suspicious bank transactions in personal accounts and accounts of his spouse,
02:22acquisition of Benami properties and huge assets in forms of FDRs.
02:27In this way, public servant, namely Zahoor Ahmad Dar, son of Udrazar Dar, resident of
02:33Takam, Vadipora, Srinagar, at present Ghalibabad, Lane 5, Shalteng, Srinagar, presently posted
02:40as Executive Engineer, Srinagar Smart City Ltd, for indulging in corrupt practices under
02:51Section 3.1b read with 13.2 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
02:58Accordingly, Case FIR No. 2025 has been registered in Police Station, ACB, Srinagar.
03:07Search warrants were obtained from the Honourable Court of Law and as I speak to you, searches
03:14are underway at different locations.
03:17I suppose at seven different locations right now we are conducting search and investigation
03:22is in progress.
03:23Ab main Hindi aur Urdu mein, Hindustani zawaan mein aap se iska jo hai batani ki ush karunga.
03:31Humare paas complaints aayi thi ki Srinagar Smart City mein do government employees hai,
03:36government servants hai, jo Sajid Yusuf Dar, jo wahan pe Financial Advisor ke taur pe kaam
03:42kar rahe hai, Chief Financial Officer, aur Zahoor Ahmed Dar, jo wahan pe Executive Engineer
03:48hai, unhone jo hai galat tariqe se, illegally, corrupt practice se accumulate kiya hai, disproportionate
03:56assets, jo unke known sources of income ke vipreet hai, usse zyada hai.
04:01Accordingly, humari investigation hui isme, allegations unke kalaaf lagi thi, wo substantiate
04:08hui.
04:09Iske baad, we have lodged FIR against both these public servants, FIR no. 1 aur FIR no.
04:172, jo police station ACB Srinagar hai.
04:20Usme humne FIR lagaya hai aur search warrants humne Honourable Court of Law se hasil ki
04:26hai.
04:27And accordingly, uske baad jo hai, 7 different locations pe abhi jo main aapse baad kar raha
04:32hu, search chal rahi hai.
