02:03The Punjab Government, the Tourism and Cultural Affairs Department, whose minister,

02:10the cabinet minister, Sardar Taran P. Singh Sohan, has been very fortunate to get this

02:17programme.

02:18Because, I am telling you, in Punjab, this could have been given to any college.

02:26But, they have given this honour to our college, College for Women.

02:30We are very thankful to them.

02:32This programme has been given to them.

02:34The girls' festival has been celebrated by the department, AS management and AS college

02:39in collaboration.

02:41We are very aware of this.

02:43But, still, what message would you like to convey to the boys and girls?

02:47The girls' festival, which has been organized by the Punjab Government,

02:52we have come to see that the boys' festival was celebrated.

02:57But, today, we have come together and organized the girls' festival.

03:03So, that the girls get their due respect.

03:06Because, the girls have come a long way from the boys.

03:12And, because of this, the girls of the UP government got the importance.

03:20Now, you see, the percentage has improved a lot.

03:32And, that too, the girls' festival is being organized at their homes.

03:35And, this is a very good achievement of the Punjab Government.

03:39So, we thank our Minister from the bottom of our hearts.
