01:54The People's Development Department of Satpal Maharaj has spent 62.84% of its proposed budget of Rs. 1440 crore.

03:42This department has spent only 30% of its proposed budget of Rs. 269 crore.

03:49The Forest Department of Subodh Uniyal has also been the worst in spending budget.

03:54This department has spent only 30% of its proposed budget of Rs. 129 crore.

04:01The Energy Department has also been the worst in spending budget.

04:04This department has spent only 40% of its proposed budget of Rs. 1,281 crore.

05:34As per the development secretary and the development minister,

05:36the budget performance in the coming budget can be seen to have a lot of impact.
