The INUKSHUK-Project is a crossover and interdisciplinary project about the arts and cultures in the Arctic as an act of the dialogues of cultures. A reality of history were the different attempts, to destroy or marginalise the culture of the first people. The INUKSHUK-Project does not repeat the mistakes of the past. That project searchs for the correspondence of the culture in the arctic and alpine environment e.g. represented by the INUKSHUK (=stoneman) in both cultures. This video clip shows a song from Eastern Greenland performed by Jens Davidsen in the Katuaq Kulturip Illorsua at Nuuk (Kalaallit Nunaat / Greenland) in a production of ARBOS-Company for Music & Theatre (Austria).
