00:00I think, as we said, the last four were definitely good for us, so I wouldn't say that there

00:07are a lot of challenges, you know, some things what is happening, I think, I think as players

00:13for us it is really important to play the best cricket as we can and I think challenges

00:19are a part of the game and challenges I feel for us is more on the field and off the field

00:28is for you guys to think about, but I think we can only think about what happens on the

00:32field and that is in our control, so I will stick to saying that whatever happens on the

00:37field, I think that is a different challenge for us, every time we get an opportunity,

00:41I think in the last four or five years in India we have played at different conditions

00:46which is great for women's cricket, we are going to different venues, I think that is

00:49a challenge and I will talk about those challenges rather than the other challenges as a player,

00:53so really exciting, but as we get the challenge in this, I think it is an exciting one, so

00:58we will face it.

00:59I think, sir, we have a fielding session every time, there is no, I think, you know, specifically

01:06there is nothing like, oh, there is a concern area, that is why we are doing it, that is

01:10our routine and I think as a team we are really high on doing the routine stuff, you know,

01:15I think we are considering batting and bowling and third skill is fielding which is really

01:20important to do well as a team, so as much as we are trying to put efforts in off the

01:27field, I am happy that, you know, you are able to see it, but I would not say that because

01:32out of concern, because I think we really want to do that for the country, we really

01:37want to be one of the best fielding sides in the world, so I think that is an effort

01:41which we are trying to put and hopefully it comes up.

01:45Yeah, I think we had a good series against West Indies, 2-1 in the T20I series, 3-0 in

01:51the one-day series, definitely, you know, the last series gives us a lot of confidence

01:56and different batters at different times got runs and especially against, the bowling attack

02:01was at a point against West Indies, so hoping that we keep the form going.

02:07I think Renuka and Harman both have been really important members and they played their part

02:13amazingly well, but of course, because we are a state, it is an opportunity for two

02:18of the other young girls or I don't know, I wouldn't reveal a lot about Delhi 11, but

02:23whoever will get the opportunity, I am sure they will try and grab it with both their

02:27hands and, you know, playing for your country is always a pride and I am sure that all the

02:32girls take pride in it and tomorrow whoever gets that opportunity, takes it and we have

02:37more match winners for India.

02:39Yeah, I think, you know, IPL Championship, the system gives us a chance to play all the

02:45team in three years cycle and we haven't played a lot of cricket against them.

02:50They have played some exciting cricket in the last one, two years, so yeah, I think

02:55sometimes playing against a new opposition always is very exciting and I am sure that

03:01we won't look at them in any other way, as I said, I think for us, it is about going

03:06out and playing our best 100%, but yeah, really excited that, you know, we are playing

03:11against Ireland and I think it is their first over to India.

03:14Yeah, I think we have had good three practice sessions and luckily we got, both the teams

03:20got to practice around the centre of the field, so really good press and really excited, I

03:26think, first time women's cricket in large court, exciting venue, looks like a really

03:30good wicket to bat on, good outfield, like great conditions to play a cricket match,

03:35so really excited to start the series tomorrow.

03:38I think Harman is rested and that was very clear and yeah, I think Shefali in the last

03:46two of the one-day series, she is not being part of the squad and Pratika in the last

03:52series has done really well in her absence, but definitely I think Shefali has got a lot

03:58of runs in domestic, so she is definitely in the scheme of things, really happy that

04:02she went back and got those runs, but yeah, I think we do not, as a team, we do not have

04:08to think what is not there, because we want to go out there and have the positive mindset

04:13that, you know, we have a really balanced squad, the girls who have come in as well

04:17are really, really good.

04:18So, as I said, I think, you know, we will not think about what is not there or what

04:22is happening, I think the only thing is that we have to go out there and play good cricket

04:27tomorrow.

04:28It is exciting, it is not often that you get to play in India, in their home country, so

04:32we are very lucky to be here and we are excited for the challenge ahead.

04:35We have loved our time here so far and we are looking forward to get going tomorrow

04:40and we definitely have the skill in our team to get a win or two out here and hopefully

04:45we can take from there, but we are just looking forward to tomorrow and hopefully get a win

04:48on the board.

04:49I think we are just excited for the challenge, I think, you know, improving on our last series

04:52against Bangladesh and a couple of things, we were off a bit in the field and, you know,

04:57I think once we are improving series on series, that is just a positive for us.

05:00This championship has been absolutely brilliant and how far we have come from the start to

05:04the finish, it has been great, so looking forward to finishing it off on a high, hopefully.

05:08It is definitely on the up, we have got some great young players coming through and, yeah,

05:12we have seen in the last 12 months that we can take on the top nations, we have had a

05:16great summer, beating Sri Lanka and England, so, yeah, the only way is up for us as a team.

05:22Yeah, I mean, they still have great players coming in, so I would not look into it too

05:28much, they are still a great team and it will be a good challenge for us.

05:35But, yeah, we definitely have plans in place, our analysis has been brilliant, we have judged

05:39a lot, working hard, putting plans in place and hopefully we can execute them tomorrow.

05:43Looks like a great wicket, good batting wicket, does not swing maybe as much as we are used

05:48to, but we are well capable of adapting to conditions and looking forward to the challenge tomorrow.
