00:00The Philippine Army is even more focused on the campaign against the Loose Firearms.

00:05This is Leian Twinkle Bolongon of the PIA SOC Sargent with the national news.

00:12The 6th Infantry Campilan Division or 6th ID of the Philippine Army is also focused on their campaign

00:18against the undocumented Loose Firearms.

00:21Before the midterm elections in May 12 of this year,

00:26Lieutenant Colonel Ruben Urbon, spokesman of the 6th ID of the Philippine Army,

00:31said that the strongest campaign against the Loose Firearms

00:35is the peaceful and safe election this year.

00:39We hope that our other political leaders, especially the barangay officials

00:44and those who want to run for the upcoming election,

00:50will help us and clean our barangays

00:55from the undocumented Loose Firearms.

01:01Based on the latest data from 6th ID,

01:04more than 400 Loose Firearms have been recovered from various places

01:10under their control since the first part of last year.

01:15I hope that in the next election, it will be better

01:18because it is a medium of peace and harmony.

01:22There will be no bloodshed, pain, or violence.

01:28Our election until May 12 will be better.

01:32The 6th ID's campaign aims to reduce the use of the undocumented Loose Firearms

01:40in order to ease the worries of the residents

01:42and ensure a safe and secure environment

01:46while doing their daily activities and duties.
