ପ୍ରବାସୀ ଭାରତୀୟଙ୍କୁ ପରସା ଯାଉଛି ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଖାଦ୍ୟ । ମିଲେଟ ପ୍ରଚାର ପାଇଁ ବିଶେଷ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି ଧ୍ୟାନ । 3 ଦିନ ଅଲଗା ଅଲଗା ଖାଦ୍ୟର ମଜା ନେବେ ପ୍ରବାସୀ ।

00:00We have been eating Orisha food since yesterday because we came here from Mauritius.

00:07If we don't eat Orisha food, how will we feel?

00:11Orisha food is very good, very good, very tasty and yummy.

00:20We went to Europe and came to Bhubaneswar in India.

00:25I like India the most because our ancestors went from India to Mauritius in 1834.

00:34In 1834 and now in 2025 we are the 5th generation.

00:39So in the 5th generation we have this connection with India.

00:44And I did my studies in India in 1977 at Chandigarh Punjab University.

00:51So my roots are here, so I connect here.

00:56Really fantastic and it was a memorable day.

00:59Yesterday when we came to the airport, the reception was very grand.

01:03With that Odissi dance and all, it was amazing.

01:07So we are enjoying here and we will go today to Konark temple and all.

01:18Yeah, Orisha food actually we are taking like this all.

01:24So we are familiar with all this Orisha food.

01:32I took only this paneer and butter naan and like that all.

01:43We have made soup from banana stem.

01:47Then we have used Palang Saga, Pui Saga, Normal Dalma, Puri Dalma, Johnny Rai, Gotti Potala.

01:57In non-veg we have used Macho Besara, Kokoda Mangsa Jhol, Handi Mutton.

02:01In Pitha we have used Chakuli Pitha, Podo Pitha, Manda Pitha.

02:06In Manda Pitha we have used Ragi to give the flavor of Millet.

02:10All the dessert you have from Chhena Jhili to Chhena Poda.

02:15Everything though cuisine wise we have put in everyday's menu.

02:19In menu we have Gotti Potala, Johnny Aloo Rai, Aadha Hingo Khichdi, Normal Rice.

02:25Then local Macho Besara and those kind of dishes is for today's menu.
