03:20I raised that question to Honorable Prime Minister, he answered me, if you do that type
03:28of decision changing policy, nobody will come to India, I am with you, you go ahead,
03:35no question of changing taxation policy.
03:39Sir, how many Prime Ministers will do like this, sir?
03:44If everybody has done like this, then so much of investment should have come for India,
03:50sir, that is where I have learned so many things, your school, my school, the same school,
