00:00As requested by the Honourable Chief Minister at the last Kalwalsapam,

00:05cultural forms have become an integral part of this art form.

00:11The most gratifying thing is that these cultural forms have not only been presented to children in their respective divisions,

00:20but also to children in 15 districts who are ready to participate in this art form.

00:27It is a matter of great pride for us that our children are united beyond national languages.

00:33Congratulations to the students of Vidya Abhiyasam Open.

00:37When the Kalwalsapam in Thiruvananthapuram arrived, there were some doubts.

00:42The increased number of vehicles, the inaccessibility of some streets,

00:47problems related to parking, and many other problems started to create doubts.

00:54But we have been able to overcome these doubts with the help of accuracy and the cooperation of various agencies.

01:02The Police Union, which is under the leadership of the City Police Commissioner,

01:05played a major role in this issue.

01:10We were able to make it possible for everyone to come and go freely in the city,

01:17without the need for a vehicle.

01:25For the first time in the history of Kalwalsapam, the main hall was built in a German style.

01:31Therefore, it is possible for the students to view the program without any barriers.

01:40Various activities were held in the food court this time.

01:44The collection of food items from all the schools in the city was a great success.

01:49Our children cooperated with this project with great enthusiasm.

01:54The inauguration of the collection of food items was carried out by the honored Vidya Abhiyasam Open Minister at Cotton Hill School.

02:03There was a facility for 3000 people to eat food at the same time in the food court.

02:09There was also a place for 1000 people to rest.

02:13Various art events were held every day.

02:18Special thanks to the stage, hall, food committee members.

02:23Nineteen committees were used for the operation of Kalwalsapam.

02:27The honored Vidya Abhiyasam Open Minister, Lakshadikari,

02:31the honored Paksha Public Service Open Minister,

02:33the Chairman of the Organizing Committee,

02:35Mayor, MLAs, District Panchayat President, Deputy Mayor, Vice President,

02:41the Chairman of various committees started by the councillors,

02:44and all the activities were held with great enthusiasm.

02:47All the committees that worked under the public administration

02:50showed the best performance.

02:53Special thanks to the honored committee members for this year.

02:58Twenty-six schools were set up for the stay of the participants.

03:04Many schools were set up to be used in underground buildings.

03:10We were able to provide the necessary facilities to clean up all of them.

03:16The accommodation committee has achieved a great success

03:20in providing the best facilities for the stay and rest of thousands of children.

03:29From the third stage onwards,

03:31the transportation committee has been able to transport thousands of children,

03:35volunteers and other employees to various stages,

03:39and hundreds of vehicles have been set up under the transportation committee.

03:44Without any complaints,

03:46the transportation committee, related employees and volunteers

03:50have been able to complete this task without any complaints.

03:55For 249 days,

03:58up to 15,000 children participated in various demonstrations.

04:09in starting and ending the demonstrations on time.

04:15Due to the crowd of thousands of people,

04:18we have not been able to find any waste in the streets or in the surrounding areas.

04:25All these activities have been carried out by the Haridwar Karma Army.

04:36Along with the city council, the Green Protocol Committee also expressed its gratitude.

04:40The city council was the one who prepared the slogans of the main stage and the face of the main building.

04:46The reception committee was the one who organized the inauguration of this program and this demonstration.
