01:52Now, in the name of rights, Seva Agriculture Development Industry is a private firm owned by one Sayyed Samiullah from Mysore,
02:01which is Mr. Sidramayya's city.
02:06That's where Mr. Sidramayya belongs.
02:08He is a constituent probably.
02:12So, this right of Seva Agriculture Development Industry through government order HD 32 PBL 2024 dated 19-08-2004.
02:25Government has given an order.
02:27There is no need for any tender.
02:29All the police vehicles should be given to his firm, Sayyed Samiullah's firm.
02:35And they should be disposed at the price whatever Mr. Samiullah gives.
02:40So, this is a new kind of a new rule in order to woo Muslims, in order to woo Muslim voters.
02:48Congress government has gone to any extent.
02:50This is one more example of disrespect to constitution of India.
02:55It is a well-known fact.
02:56It is a well-laid procedure.
03:00Anything and everything in government has to go through a tender, whether it is a new order or it is a disposal of any old goods.
03:08The old seized goods in the police department are old police vehicles.
03:13They run into lakhs and crores and crores of rupees.
03:17Disposing of them without any tender is a clear-cut to huge corruption.
03:22Just because Sayyed Samiullah is a Muslim, just because he is from Mysore,
03:26Sidh Ramayya has come out with an order where he has given permission to them to dispose of all the government vehicles without any government order, without any tender.
03:38This is one more huge scam which Congress government has given in the form of guarantee, one more guarantee scam by the Congress government.

04:22So, there will be a competition to Mr. D.K. Shukumar.
04:25Either that is Satish Jarkudi or Mr. Parameshwar, there will be one SC candidate, there will be one SC candidate.
04:33In that way, Mr. Sidh Ramayya will create confusion and he will create competition for Mr. D.K. Shukumar.
04:41And he will not, in this fight amongst different people, he will not give away his chair.
04:48This is the well laid out plan and strategy by Mr. Sidh Ramayya.
04:53The dinner meets which are happening now, either by Mr. Parameshwar or Mr. Satish Jarkudi, these are all ploys also made by Mr. Sidh Ramayya.
