01:17I hope this culture will continue, where not every time a minister will be right.

01:29Because the minister does not understand many procedures in public services,

01:42So we must be guided by him.

01:44There must be a way in which he can give advice and guidance to the minister at the same time.

01:56So if the minister should be advised by the civil servants,

02:00then our civil servants, our heads of state, our SUBs must also have the attitude in which they can accept the views of other staff.

02:14But don't let the staff say that the minister gave a mandate, he gave a permit, he got angry at the civil servants.

02:22Give advice, look at it, accept it. That's our culture.

02:26But don't be afraid to have different views.

02:30In our culture, sometimes we say it is not possible.

02:34All leaders are right.

02:36The leader is 100% right.

02:38He can't be wrong.

02:40Even if he makes a mistake, it's okay, he's right.

02:42We have to be loyal.

02:44Loyalty to the leader, loyalty to our country does not mean that we cannot give advice,

02:50give enlightenment when we see something that is not right.

02:54As a person who holds the trust in the government,

03:00who takes care of the people's pocket money,

03:02we must dare to give different views to the leaders,

03:10advise the leaders.

03:12If you see something that is wrong, give advice, give enlightenment, give enlightenment.

03:16And I assure you that as a minister of Sumatera,
