00:04The MMDA carried out a series of operations in the residential lanes or alternative routes of the motorists in Quezon City,

00:11including the roads of Panay Avenue, Imog Avenue, and Mother Ignatia Avenue.

00:17The cars parked on the sidewalks and roads were blocked.

00:21Some were even pulled over because the drivers did not arrive within 5 minutes of the intersection.

00:26According to the authorities, almost 30 motorists were arrested while 14 were pulled over.
