00:16The shooting happened on Wednesday when a man started a rampage after a bar brawl, killing

00:2112 and wounding at least four others.

00:24The man, named as 45-year-old Arko Matinovic, died after shooting himself in the head.

00:30The shooting, the second such incident in Setinje, has caused shock and dismay across

00:35Montenegro.

00:36Officials have begun to look for ways to curb illegal weapons, with the National Security

00:40Council announcing measures to seize unregistered firearms.
