You’ll need: saline solution (0.9% sodium chloride), a nasal rinse device, and a clean towel. Ready? Let’s start!

Step 1: Tilt your head slightly to one side, about 45 degrees.
Step 2: Insert the nasal rinse device into one nostril and gently squeeze the solution.
Step 3: Allow the solution to flow naturally out of the other nostril.
Step 4: Repeat the process on the other side.
Finally, gently blow your nose to remove any remaining solution.

Remember! Only use a 0.9% saline solution, avoid inhaling the liquid into your lungs, and rinse your nose only once or twice a day.
